BM'S RESIDENCE

The project is a single family residence located on a hilltop in a region that is about 20km away from Tehran. The general concept is about a series of spaces that are organized around a central circulation core and follow the slope of the site and engage in a dialogue with the site while maintaining a straight forward circulation principle. The exposed concrete structure of the project has been the biggest construction challenge of the project as it has been one of the very few projects in the residential sector of Iran that has used this system and managed to deliver proper execution of this delicate system for a complex structure.Other than the main building there are a few ancillary functions in the program that have all been embedded into the topography of the site.
